I just built a group for us... 12 week Challenge

I would love to join. I will have challenges in front of me. My husband and I are truck drivers. But... for now I can not drive. I have major surgery coming up and came on the road to Get relaxed and stree free. So NO kitchen or microwave or Gyms. Everything will be surrounding Trucks Stops0

Starting weight 160.6 as of this morning. Would like to lose 10 lbs by the end (trying to be realistic/optimistic as I have lost 17 lbs since the first part of May using MFP, but it is starting to come off much more slowly now). Good luck to everyone.4

Starting weight as of this morning is 181.5 lbs. and my ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs. Other than posting here is there something else I have to do?0

Count me in. I've been a yo-yo dieter all my life, let's 'git er done'!!!! Don't like exercise but have a rebounder and will get on it every day and see what this ole gal can really accomplish.0
