I have struggled with becoming healthy for long time. I have a mental aversion from vegetables which makes being healthy difficult. I know in order to be healthy I need to overcome that mindset.

I was the skinny girl growing up. I was so tall and skinny that when I started putting on weight and growing into my curves, everyone always asked if I was pregnant. Combined with other factors, I let those hurtful questions and statements get to me and I have battled with depression since college.

After having a hard year, I'm trying to get past this dark and heavy cloud to become a better and healthier person. Hoping to meet people in a similar struggle, looking for motivation. Maybe we can help each other!!

    Check out the Sneaky Chef cookbooks - these may help you with your veggie aversion. Using these worked great with my nephews. Check them out :)
