Starting to really LOVE training with kettlebells, especially on the day's I'm not doing heavy dead lifts and bench presses... been recommending them to ppl of all sizes, ages, programs, diets etc, they're simply awesome and can't imagine my workouts without them now

I love kettlebells, in fact I just picked up my old 12k from my mom's to start using again. I can't wait to start incorporating them in my workout plan and start shedding the fat!0

What exercises do you do with your kettlebells besides swings and dead lifts? Do you have to take a days rest in between each workout days?0
