Weighed in yesterday...lost .8 pounds bringing my total in 2 weeks to...drum roll please~~~~~~ 6.2 pounds. Don't know what I am doing but I am going to keep at it.
Cut out sugar, bad carbs (bread, pasta), fast food, and packaged prepared foods and meal mixes. Oh and due to the cutting out, I have not had any caffeine either...I was a mess the first five days but I am over it and feel good.
Making my own meals, which I forgot were so easy to prepare. And using just fresh ingredients just makes everything seem easier, sounds weird but it feels that way to me.
