    @peakydave I started by cutting down on sugar and upping my water intake, then making sure I had meat and veg and a small amount of carbs on my plate, I'd try not to eat too much fruit too as your body can store it as fat. I mainly walked as exercise. I hope this helps! Thank you x

    @92joann it probably started being by noticeable by about 2.5/3 stone.
    Mentally I'm still picking up clothes that are much bigger than I need so I guess I need to train my mind x

    That's around when I'm expecting to see it, I feel something's about to start changing soon, I'm down 2 stone so praying it happens soon. My size 14 jeans are just waiting patiently to see daylight again
