So I joined a while ago but never did anything with it... I have been at this over two weeks and feeling great! I am not only watching what I eat but walking and have plans on doing a 5K in early spring. I am doing this for me!

I've been trying this off and on for about two years. I lost over twenty pounds last summer and then put over half back on during the school year (I'm a full time college student). Cafeteria food is awful for weight management.
Two weeks ago I got some pictures back from a vacation with friends and couldn't believe that was me in the photos. I decided right then and there that I need to do this for myself, I need to get healthy.
