Hi Everyone!
I've been on MFP once before and the support here is amazing. So I'm back at it again (7 days today) and for some reason feeling more confident than ever that this time is going to be for real at sticking with it. I've been overweight all my life, so this is the only life I know and I'm done with it. My SW: 230, CW: 225.8, LW: 180, GW: 140. I'm hoping to find some friends that log consistently every day, have a significant amount to lose, and know how hard it is to stick with it and together we will keep each other accountable. I have my diary open and log everything - the good and the bad. Would love to also share recipes, any great low-calorie finds, new meal ideas, etc.
