And I'm still a little overweight by about 15 or 20 pounds, I have maintained my weight of 205 pounds for over a year now need some advice because the scale isn't budging.

How tall are you? How much more you can lose will depend on whether you are actually overweight for your height, or if you're after vanity pounds.
I would adjust your rate of loss to .5lb a week and see what happens.0 -
Congratz with the weight loss.
Are you watching macro's ? If most foods are high in carbs, there can a higher water retention in the body, possible lowering weight by lowering carb intake.
