Had a great 15 day roll............... then all ruined due to my home baking .............. overall a healthy option as far as my wholemeal oat, cranberry and banana muffins are concerned, but totally indulged and had far too many....................WHY OH WHY do I always do this..............anyway hopefully start all over again today and pray it hasn't damaged my progress so far...........

    You haven't ruined anything, having a day off from counting is always good, just jump right back on after.

    I have gotten into the habit of freezing baked goods...2 per pack to allow for me & hubby's breakfast/snack/dessert. Then I am not tempted all day by those evil pastries calling my name...
