New to this, would love support!

I've been working on me for the last week and want to stay motivated to do so. I've been eating better (including slowly cutting meat out of my diet) and riding my bicycle. I would appreciate any tips or tricks for beginners and would love to be able to support you in return :) Also looking for good ways to tone the body as I lose the weight!

    I too have been losing weight over this past year. In doing so, I have been able to trim off thirty pounds, but put ten pounds back on recently, which I need to learn how to keep it off. That is my goal!

    Welcome! I think for the first week you're doing fine. Adjusting your diet is a big part of losing weight, probably the hardest really. Best of luck to you.
