My butt hurts

Used my new stationary bike last night, really hope that broke it in! Buuuut being short, sitting on the edge of the new tough seat, while on its lowest height, man does my butt hurt!!!

LOL! I had an elliptical but it broke. I enjoyed not having an *kitten* breaking seat

Seems as you're at home you could just stick a cushion on it. Bike seats never get comfier. You could try cycling standing up.

Don't forget the cycling shorts (chamois) -- if you don't already own a few pair. That butt-pad (as I call it) is a godsend.

I third the padded short suggestion.

Also magnesium or an epsom salt bath can help with muscle soreness.
