Maybe you're overdoing it and burning yourself out?
Try taking things slower. Start by going to the gym once a week. Maybe work in a daily 10 minute walk into your routine. Don't change your diet, just eat smaller portions.
Weight loss is most successful when it's slow and steady and you're building sustainable habits that you can follow for the rest of your life.1 -
You don't need to work out to lose weight, you just need to eat less than you burn. Concentrate on your food intake rather than your calorie burns. Set yourself to lose 1lb per week and log accurately.2

Motivation is largely useless as it's fleeting. Habit is what keeps you going once motivation fades.
Habit, discipline, honesty (profit!)1 -
Motivation comes and goes. You'll succeed when you have commitment.1

Losing weight happens in the kitchen, not at the gym. Others can not motivate you, you can motivate you. The mirror helps too. I also suggest weighing every morning in order to keep your regimen on the front burner. Set short term goals that lead to your overall weight loss goal. When you feel a binge coming on, drink water!0

I tell you what add me and watch what i eat, you m if you dont like the gym then your going to have to do nutritional method to lose weight and tbh its much easier then working out to death. You can hit the gym 2x per weeks and still see crazy gain just have to commit to a new style of eating ( any diet works just need to dial in the calories)0 -

This is good advice. I often get all hung ho and then just burn out because I'm tired of watching what I eat and working out. Take it slow and ease into it.0
