Does anyone know how to log CrossFit training in MyFitnessPal?

    Go to exercise tab, then select exercises from below tab and toggle down to cross fit option.

    I log it as calisthenics. But think about your workout and how long you are actually working hard. Typically I log my workout as 8-15 minutes of calisthenics. Occasionally it's 20-30min
