I've been using the site for a little while and I am very pleased with it. So far I've lost about 16 pounds and I hope to shed about another 50 or so. I'm doing this for my health and to complete a life time goal of getting back down under 230 lbs.

I look forward to getting to know the folks here and to meeting my goal.
