Down 46lbs and at my best

6' 1" male. Down 46 lbs in about 18 months. Originally just focused on food intake and cut my calories per day down to 1700. Then when a decent amount of fat was gone (about 30 lbs) I increased cals back up to 2100 with 1 gram of protein daily per lb of body weight. I began to focus more on composition than weight. While doing this i picked up a lifting routine using only dumbbells 3 days a week and 30 mins of HIIT sprints or swimming 2 days a week. Feels awesome. Worth every healthy meal and workout.
