Before working out, this morning, i did not have a chance to eat a good breakfast ( i am slow and cooking and having a breakfast will total almost 1 hour).

I ate a chocolatine and a croissant just so I do not work out on an empty stomach. When I got to the end of the workout I had to do abs. I felt like vomiting. I felt my stomach at my throat.... Why?

Why? Plenty of people train in a fasted state with no issues. Seems like that would have been a better choice. It might not be your preference but one day wouldn't have hurt. Many of us following IF protocols train fasted.

Have you worked out on an empty stomach? That might work for you.

I like a pop tart and a cup of coffee. Enough to not be hungry, not so much I feel full while trying to run.

I have an apple and preworkout, plenty of energy to sustain me.
