Wrist sprain is nearly healed, what upper body can I do?

I sprained my wrist a couple weeks ago. It finally isn't as sore and I haven't had to wrap it constantly. Ive been doing stretches and using it more. But now I'm still afraid to start trying upper body workouts again. Does anyone have any ideas for exercises that aren't very hard on the wrists? My arms be getting flabby after two weeks!

I've always been big on actively recovery doing my normal exercises with less weight0
