It finally BUDGED!

I didn't really gain any weight over the holidays, but I didn't lose any, either.

For the whole month of January, my scale read 162. Every week. 162. I started working out more (joined a gym, taking classes with a friend, falling in love with the elliptical machine), REALLY keeping track of my food.

This morning I hopped on the scale - 159!!!! Woot!! It's been a couple weeks since I weighed in, so I was super surprised!!!! Yippeeeee!! Just wanted to share! :happy:
