I just realized....

I've lost the weight equivalent to my 5.5 year old daughter, plus 2 pounds!

I like to imagine myself carrying her around and how heavy she feels and then imagine setting her down, and how much better I feel :

I'm not done, not by any means, but that's pretty cool, I just need to lose 2 more of her!

Haha, yeah, my kids are a little on the tiny side, short runs rampant in their gene pool (thought I am 5'11"). My daugher will be 6 in November, she's 36lbs and 42" (I think). My almost 4 year old son weighs 30 pounds.

My son is small too, 7 years old and 36lb soaking wet needing a haircut. I'm almost ready to carry him around.. :)

Congrats on your success, it's great!

your kids sound like mine! My daughter will be 6 in February, and she has been teetering at 39.5-40 pounds for a while. My 3 y ear old will be 4 in December, and he's been between 30.5 and 31 pounds for a while. My littlest guy turned one in June and still isn't 20 pounds. My husband and I are both short though-he's 5'6'' and I'm 5'3''.

Congrats (again) on your loss so far!!

My 8 year old daughter weighs 74. lol Both my girls are almost a head taller than their classmates. Their dad is 6'0 and I'm 5'7.

But congrats on the weigh loss!! Any kind of weightloss is a good thing!! Time to celebrate with a strawberry shortcake (smart one style).

Ha! I was just thinking the same thing - my 4yo daughter is 42 pounds. And when I carry her she feels SO HEAVY. I used to carry that weight around on me 24/7!! So crazy to think about!

    Congrats on your achievement!!!

lol my 5 year olds Dad and Papi told her once she hit 5 she's too big to carry. She replied by saying when she gets to the other hand (6) then they can stop carrying her.
