Only just starting out this weightloss/fitness journey and I really need people to inspire and motivate me on this journey. I'm 20 years old and live in the UK and have been fat almost my whole life. I figure the only way to be successful in this is to have a group of friends willing to help me (and help each other) on this journey. Please add me!
