I'm new to the Keto way of eating. I can't figure out how to set up My Fitness Pal to support the Keto diet. I'm back on here after 4 years of being MIA. Any help setting this up would be so appreciated.

Click where is says my home, then goals, then edit nutrition levels. Set your macros to what you want. Mine are 5% carbs 25% protein, 70% fat. Voila0
