I'm desperate for a life overhaul !! I'm starting with my weight I'm hoping that some things will fall into place once I start feeling good about myself. I'm abit of a stress head things haven't been good recently so I'm looking for friends who are also on this journey of weight loss to help with motivation and exchange helpful tips I myself will return the favour of course
