    I'm new to this. Trying it out.

    It's a healthy and helpful site for me, this is my 31st day of logging in daily. In that time frame I have learned to stay on track with my calories intake per day!
    My new doctor told me about this website and suggested that I give it try with a ten week program to trim off about a half a pound per week, it's a project in process for me because I enjoy my foods

    Hello Richard. I joined this site because my niece joined it and lost 50 pounds. My goal is only 10 pounds right now. I just started this week. I lost 4 pounds before I started but my problem has always been keeping the weight off. I'm hoping I will be able to maintain weight loss. It's good to know that your doctor recommended this site. It's very motivating to know.

    It's a great site and these forums *you've ventured into* are full of knowledgeable people who can guide you to links and groups specific to your personal goals. I've lost 30 lbs since mid-March 2017 and love it! No frills, just Math and accountability for your choices. Welcome & Good Luck!! :)

    The app works if you are dedicated! As mentioned above it's about accountability and choices. You get what you put into it!

    I fully understand, my current goal is to trim off ten pounds too!
    Right now per my doctor I am on a ten week program to trim off a minimum of half pound per week.
    We can be helpful friends to each other for our health if you should choose to accept my invite as my new friend
