Hi everyone. I'm looking for a fitness regime to help with some body issues. I'm 5'5/125 and 22% body fat. I'm 42 and one year postpartum (still breastfeeding ). I've gained and lost 45 lbs or so with both pregnancies, my issues are: I look skeletal on top, my rib cage and clavicle are very prominent. Big muffin top, lots of fat around my hips. Very jiggly, cellulite-riddled legs that depending on my poison , even look like they're melting. (The legs are genetic, my mom has this too).

Looking for cardio/strength recommendations, including how often and for how long. With two small children hoping to workout at home or pushing stroller. TIA!

You are a great height weight and body fat%. As you note, your skeletal structure is genetic and genetics cannot be "fixed." Consider doing strength training to help even out some areas, but no guarantee of exact results on the specific areas you're looking for. In the Maintenance Forum there is a thread about "Recomp" that lists out several strength training programs-it doesn't have to be barbells or even dumbbells, lots of options. Browse through this Fitness forum and you should see about a thousand threads on the strength training topic too. There are even videos on you tube about using your kids as part of your strength workout, lol. Hope that helps. There will be lots of other people along to give you links and specific program preferences.
