Hi everyone I'm trying to keep myself motivated.My long term goal is to lose 60lbs feel free to share workouts,diets and just plain ole encouragement! I need snack ideas for a busy schedule have been on keto 1 month

    Have you found a way to curb your sugar cravings ? I'm only on day 2.. and legit craving chocolate.. lol I haven't gave in.. but it''s hard!!

    Way to go, DFree! This is my fourth time starting keto and that first month is the toughest for me. (Three weeks in this time!) My favorite snacks are pretty much all cheese, so I'm not sure I have any good suggestions there. There's a Sriracha Chicken bar that Trader Joe's sells that I keep around at the office/in the car for "holy crap, I'm hungry" purposes, but I more often find myself saying, "holy crap, I forgot to eat and I'm NOT hungry."

    Dawn, get yourself some really dark chocolate (again, I rely on my Trader Joe's - the dark chocolate wedges and recently the Absolute Black chocolate bar.) depriving yourself completely makes it harder, but I find I don't want a ton of really dark chocolate anyhow. Also, check /r/ketorecipes for the keto chocolate mug cake - I don't have the recipe handy, but it's great for a sweet chocolate fix! It gets better after your first week or so, I promise! I'm a total sweet tooth when not keto, and once I'm adapted, I don't think about sweets much!
