Help with calorie loss and exercise

Hi so I am 31 years old female 4'11 weigh 131.5 my heaviest I've been. I recently signed up to do kickboxing in order to get myself in shape and healthy. I was wondering how many calories should I be eating if I want to loose about 20 lbs? I know kickboxing for an hr I can burn up to 700 calories. Thanks so much for everyone's help

    The app should calculate it for you based on your starting weight, goal weight, and activity level. :)
