Lately I have been feeling very frisky...if you know what I mean? Any idea why? Exercise? Diet?0

Well. I dont have a lot of information to work with to tell you why but o can give you suggestions.
If 2400 your calorie deficit and you are sure you are eating aproxemetly that and its not working try lowering it to lets say 2,000 of healthy food. Try aiming for 1lbs to 1.5 a week
You may also be weighing yourself during different times of the day. Measure your self during the morning after you wake up. This helps prevent fluctuations of the weight because of water or food.
If you lift weights, you will not see much of a weight drop because of muscle growth.
Excercise. Daily activity helps for weight loss.
But consult you doctor first.3 -
This is not rocket science. I dont have a deploma stating that I am a personal trainer or a model. But i do have years of experience which has taken me trail and error to get right. Some people start to notice my changes and ended up asking me to help them. I have trained people to get to there goal effectively and actually stayed in it or have gone beyond it.
Plus besiedes. This is an app not a doctor. Who fully trusts some guy they will probably never see. Its just advice. You do what ever you want to do2 -
I am not sure if your definition of frisky is the same as mine.
But i would guess its mostly about hormones more then it is about exercise and diet.1 -
I have a question! If people have a question wouldn't they be better off starting their own thread so they can have a variety of different inputs from the various posters with a wealth of experience rather from one specific dude?
Also! What questions do you envisage people being too afraid or embarrassed to ask on an anonymous internet forum?6 -

No kidding! Have you seen the number of tmi intestinal issues threads posted every day?0 -
There are real certified personal trainers, nutritionists, doctors, and sports therapist who have actual expertise on this site. There are also people who've lost a 100+ lbs and have been maintaining / been on this site for years. You have 24 posts. I'll echo - what makes you qualified to give out advice?
There's also a lot of bad info out there coming from people who - quote - "know what they're talking about"
My recommendation for anyone who needs help is to post publicly or to consult with someone with certified expertise.1
