Hi guys on my second journey to weight loss

Options
nearly a year and a half ago I went from 106kg to 86kg
with me becoming a dad and other things I got out of habit and the weight just piled back on, now at 110kg I'm on that journey again, which is harder mentally in some aspects as you always feel like you failed previously, however trying to get that out of my thought process and make this a new start here goes
btw I'm from bolton, england

Instead of thinking of it as a failure, think of it as a test run.

I've yoyo'd loads over the years, but I'm taking it serious and slow this time, not expecting results overnight and eating in a way that I can do easily for the rest of my life. I started about 10kg heavier than you and I am just over 99kg now, I am aiming for 85kg initially.

Thankyou that's the aim no quick fixes!
