Hi 25 days ago I started a new way of eating - since I have been a serial Dieter most of my life - I decided I need to address the emotional side of weight loss - so I started vlogging my journey based on the 100 days of weight loss by Linda Spangler hope it helps others as well

    Yes, it is helping very much- it is not only keeping me accountable - I am finding several people who relate.

    Emotional eating plays a huge part in why we are overweight...if we dont address this we become serial dieters.. I am done doing the yo - yo dieting...I am ready to develop a new way of life and let go of the baggage...So I started a video blog on youtube to keep me accountable....it might help you as well....

    Love it! I started a weight loss blog and it's keeping me very accountable. I put my measurements on IG and now im def wanting to keep progressing in the right direction haha
