    I literally cut sugars, processed foods, and fast food. I only drink water atleast 100oz a day. You should be drinking half your body weight in oz of water. I do fasted cardio usually the fitness Marshall on youtube for 45min in the morning. Mid afternoon walk for 45min and 1.5hrs at the gym mainly lifting 5 to 6 days a week. I mainly eat lean protein, lots of veggies, cheese, berries, full fat yogurt and nuts

    Wow that's incredible! Your incredible, I'm jst at the beginning of my jorney and this is the type of thing I'm doing and I've lost 8 lbs this week. Thank you for sharing your story. I find it very inspiring!
