    I just started the LCHF diet as well but I've been battling for a while to lose weight and have tracked and tried many things. I haven't been as dedicated in the past to posting on here but I'm willing to give this another try so if you want to friend me I'll try to help :-)

    I'm in the same boat trying to get my weight down after 2 kids in 2 years. What is LCHF? I've been focused on calories in and calories out by tracking on here.

    Hi Sarah!
    LCHF I believe stands for Low Carb High Fat. Generally the belief is that on a Low Carb diet your body will resort to burning body fat as it's primary energy source. Although the scientific research is somewhat inconclusive, I generally also follow a lower-carb diet myself because that tends to follow how I normally eat. As long as you are at an energy deficit, you will see progress! Best of luck!

    @Indigolove626 I'd love to connect to compare notes for eating optimally on LCHF. I went from 230lbs to 165lbs a few years ago eating LCHF and felt GREAT. I fell off when I went to Europe and it's taken me a couple years to revisit. I hit 250 lbs but am now at 215 after 3 months. Can't wait for the progress to continue!!
