I'm about to sit down with a bowl full of SF jelly (raspberry) with berries and chopped nuts, and a frozen mix of natural yoghurt and chocolate protein powder.

    Yum!

I go for real desserts made from real sugar. My goal is to limit how often a week.

But if I'm craving a bit of sweet & can't partake, I'm surprised how much a glass of milk or a bowl of vanilla yogurt satisfies.

Gummy vitamins (and chocolate calcium supplements-follow directions!!), builders bar chocolate mint, plain yogurt with honey mixed in- you can also add cocoa powder, apples. And toast with chunky peanut butter mixed with honey!

If it's evening then I have a cup of decaf coffee with a little sugar free creamer. If it's earlier in the day then I have a fiber one brownie. The aisle with the protein bars and fiber snacks has many different healthy options.

Dark chocolate, the darker the better. I keep 85% cocoa at home and one or 2 squares is more than enough, when I'd kill an entire block of milk
