I've been on the Depo Provera Injection for about 3 years now, I should be getting my next injection now but I've decided to come off it, resulting in me having the worst cramp ever!!

Does anyone have any ideas or home remedies that would help please please please! :(

PS. i cant take ibuprofen either.

I will stretch out on the floor (on my stomach) with a pillow under my stomach along with a heating pad on the pillow on high.
    this works wonders for me..

    Good luck.

This works every time. It's better w/ibuprofen, but without it also helps. Turn your shower on hot and on the most pressur-able setting that you can stand. Then lay down at an angle where the water will hit your lower abdomen....*ahhhh*

What used to help me was a heating pad. Other than that, I used to pretty much make up swear words until the pain passed :( the joys of being a woman sometimes!

I know it's probably the last thing you feel like doing but just getting out and moving, going for a walk really helps with those pains. And as a rule, the more exercise you get over the course of the month, the better it will be during your TOM.
