How am I suppose to manage exercise , working 40 hour work weeks, nursing school 4 days a week, 36 hour of studying. I sit at a desk all day at work. When I start back it will be full time school Monday- Thursday at night. I will leave my house at 7 am and get home at 11 pm. I feel like I am going to gain weight sitting on my butt all day working or studying. I have two boys that will need my attention to. It is a struggle Any advice how to keep weight down sitting on my butt everyday all day?

Exercise is great, but not as great as proper diet. Keep your food diary accurate and use it as a guide to stay with your calorie goals and macros and you'll do well! If you can manage a few short walks through the day or keep some dumbbells under your desk and take short breaks to do some curls and squats or whatnot, that will help as well. Exercise is cumulative, so don't avoid it thinking you have to get all sweaty to have any effect.

Wow, that's one busy life! Just for stress relief alone, try to get outside and take a walk during your lunch break. Thirty minutes to walk, thirty minutes to eat. Take some easy to pack snacks for yourself, like Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, apples, cheese, etc. Take a water bottle to class. Stay hydrated to avoid fatigue and hunger. Keep track of what you're eating. I'd recommend starting at a maintenance level so you don't gain weight (but I wouldn't personally try to lose weight - you've got enough going on!)0

Park farther out, use stairs whenever possible, can you stand at intervals at your desk? I had someone recommend just getting up earlier to exercise when I was on a similar schedule but honestly I needed the sleep so I just did the extras where I could.0
