I have lost 100lbs over the past few years, well had lost 130 and put 30 back on.
I started lifting a year ago and although can feel my body changing, also put back on 30 lbs.
I am hoping to find some new enthusiastic members to help me get that drive back to get losing again.
Pease feel free to add me.

It sounds like you've done an amazing job! I find that reading articles and focusing on upcoming event helps to keep me motivated and on track. When I'm going through a rough spot, I listen to a podcast called "Dishing Up Nutrition." It's a little repetitive, but that's what I need when I'm going through a rough spot. I enjoy their message and am reminded that this journey isn't just about the weight, it's about nutrition and living your best life. I've lost 30 pounds (10-15 more to go).0
