Do you take BCAA? If so, do you take it only on workout days, or is it preferable to take everyday?

    I get enough BCAAs with my regular protein intake.

    I use it pre workout. Tastes like carp so I don't want to take it everyday. Lol

    I drink it pre workout. But mine is delicious so I can drink it if I feel I need some extra energy. :smile: But I don't drink coffee so there's that!

    No I get sufficient protein from my diet, BCAA would be a waste of money to me

    To answer your direct question, OP, I take BCAA every day regardless of what my plans are. I take a powder version - drink one serving in the morning, then if I work out that day, I take a second serving after I work out. I cannot say whether or not taking on my rest day helps anything though - just so happens that I drink out of habit (and because it tastes good).

    I love my Beyond Raw GNC gummy worm one. I drink it only on days I work out. I find it helps with soreness. Everyone's results vary with supplements though.
