                    Do you take BCAA? If so, do you take it only on workout days, or is it preferable to take everyday?

            To answer your direct question, OP, I take BCAA every day regardless of what my plans are. I take a powder version - drink one serving in the morning, then if I work out that day, I take a second serving after I work out. I cannot say whether or not taking on my rest day helps anything though - just so happens that I drink out of habit (and because it tastes good).0

 That's not what I asked. I don't, so I take them. My question was related to if taking them on rest days provide any benefit.
 I answered your first question, not the second or third because the 'if so' was not applicable, because my answer was no.

            I love my Beyond Raw GNC gummy worm one. I drink it only on days I work out. I find it helps with soreness. Everyone's results vary with supplements though.0
