Hi my goal is to loose 50lbs don't know how I'll do it but I am really trying! I just would like some new friends with same goals to get motivated!

New here but I'm with ya! 50lbs seems unreal at the moment but is what I need to lose if I'm honest. Starting off with small simple goals: a) track and log my food (honestly haha) each day b) stay within my calorie limit each day and c) lose 8-10lbs this month. One day at a time! We got this!13

You can totally do it. It's 90 percent in your head. Take it one pound at a time. I myself am starting my second journey to losing 40lbs. I did it once back in 2010 and maintained my weight for the most part for four years until becoming pregnant with my second daughter in 2015. I'm finally in a place mentally where I can see this through again. I remember the journey before. It wasn't easy, but it was possible. Remember thats all you need. Possibility. You are strong and WILL do this! :-D10

I started off 65 days ago... needed (wanted) to lose 80lbs. lost 20 so far... so 60 more to go. Log cals on mfp every day... log everything.... and just maintain a calorie deficit from your bmr. It works.5
