High protein vegetarian meal ideas?

Do you stick with whole foods mostly, or are you ok with more processed proteins? Most of my high protein meals contain fairly processed stuff like protein powder or faux meats.
My go-to high protein meals - 25g and up per serving
Whole wheat spaghetti with faux ground round (usually Yves or TJ's) and tomato sauce
Barbecue seitan (homemade but several pre-made brands available) sandwiches
Beefless tips (gardein) and broccoli with brown rice
Teriyaki chick'n (gardein) stir-fry with brown rice
Soy crumble chili
Moderate protein meals - 15g +
Bean or soy burgers on whole wheat bun
Black bean and quinoa stew
Chickpea curry
Beans and rice
Lentil pasta with cauliflower alfredo sauce
Tofu stir-fry
Barbecue tempeh
Scrambled tofu

I just made this whole wheat pasta with veggies it has 19 grams of protein.
Also just discovered pea milk which has 8 g of protein per cup and no carbs.

If you eat eggs one of my favorite lunches is egg salad with wheat thins brand toasted pita chips. I make it with just boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper. It has 12 grams of protein and the pita chips have an extra 31
