Starting Over Again

I feel like I am starting over for about the hundredth time. This has got to become a lifestyle change. I have challenged myself to lose the weight over the next year by putting all my too small clothes away and out of sight. If they do not fit in a year it will be time to get rid of them. It was too depressing seeing all of these items in my closet and knowing I can not wear them.
