Calories burned using weights

Is there a website or something that tells how many calories are burned lifting weights or using the weight machines? Probably like everyone else here I try to be as precise as I can be when it comes to counting consumed calories vs exercise calories. I can't seem to find good info on this subject though.

That's because none exists. There is no way to accurately estimate weight lifting calories. Any "calculation" you will find, from any source, will be no more accurate than just using trial and error.

Use the strength training activity in the cardio section of MFP. It's still just an estimate, but better than nothing.1

You just have to accept that precision isn't possible for something that can't be measured.
The "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" category is a good a choice as any (and far better than many!).
The calories burned are low so being inaccurate / imprecise isn't really that significant.0 -
I think most advice I've seen is to shift macros toward higher protein intake, especially after a weightlifting sesh, and if you are feeling hungry a lot, up your activity level setting and see what MFP says. Also eating complex carbs before a workout, or something. Timing seems to matter more than anything else.1
