Enough is enough. Pretty disappointed in myself. Weighed in at 320 pounds this morning, before starting a workout program tomorrow. I knew I was big but not that big. It really opened my eyes and made me realize if I continue on the road I'm traveling I won't be around long for my girls. Just looking for some support and motivation to stick with it this time.

Do it, man! I had the same realization one day. Hadn't been on the scale in a while but decided to weigh in after realizing that things like putting on socks/shoes were making me winded, putting on the seatbelt in my car shouldn't be so hard, etc...

375 lbs. WTF... How did this happen? I don't want a mobility scooter!

6 months later with modest exercise and serious attention to eating habits, I was down to 300. Another year and I hit 240, but got lazy and put some back on.

Feel free to friend me! I feel pervy having mostly lady friends on here and it sounds like you and I are on the same mission!

Also, you might find this article helpful. It helped me big time and was the only one I needed to read:

Good luck and welcome to the site. You can always get your kids involved if you want to share your effort. I find my kid loved yoga, and now she begs to ride her bike with me to the gym and run on the treadmill and lift the 2lb dumbbells. lol
