Overwhelmed is still a start! If it gets to be too much, back off a little bit. I remember when I was dieting (calorie counting) back when I was a full-time student who was also working 50+ hours per week. Sometimes, you have to go back to maintenance (or close to it) for your mental health or a breather. No shame in it!

That is my ultimate goal as well. I set small goals for each week/month. It seems to keep me motivated when I meet the small goal. I started at 146 and am down to 118. I've had my days of being discouraged but then the scale will go down (even just a litttle or I can fit into something I haven't worn in a long time) and it encourages me to go on. Also, be with people who encourage you on your journey as well. :)

I can relate! Take it a day at a time. In time of stress, take it by the hour. You can do this!
