Ok I've added my drinks into my diary, and only have those drinks in the house. I even left myself 400 cals to eat in case I get drunk snacky. I'm still nervous and I'm not sure why.

Nervous about drinking? There's a cure for that! Is this something you're unfamiliar with?

Alcohol is 7kcals per g and is readily metabolized. It also lowers inhibition. If you are planning to lose weight, you have to limit it. It's the first thing I drop when I'm cutting.

I limit my alcohol to two glasses of wine at the end of the month just one evening and no more. Alcohol is notorious for sabotaging diets and a huge stumbling block for foodies. If drinking is what made you lose control of eating in the first place, avoid it until you get a better handle on your diet.....when binge eating is no longer a problem. Don't cut it out completely though, just a temporary stay until you figure out what works. Good luck!
