Hi....new to this app. Day 1 for me...looking for support & motivation from members please

Started day 1 of my diet. I have about 2 stone to lose. I've set myself a target of 2lb a week. Doing 40 min brisk walks 3 times a week. Any suggestions or tips would be much appreciated.

Hi I'm new. Day 1 for me too. I have chosen 1 pound a week because I am not a spring chicken anymore. I have always worked on my feet all day. Now it doesn't seem to be enough. Good luck to you. Keep me posted and I will do the same!0

Stick with it even on those days where you really really really really don't want to. Even if it means kind of forcing yourself. Later you will thank yourself. It will pay off in the end.0
