Have you been diagnosed? Less than 1% of population is allergic to gluten.

If you are looking for a diet plan, I'm following the DASH diet and love it. Easy except no fast food and frozen meals.

What kind of recipes? What do you like? Have you tried asking Google?0

I'd start with https://celiac.org/live-gluten-free/lifestyle/recipe-grid/ for some ideas. If you're plant-based, the Viet Vegan does quite a few GF recipes on youtube.0

You could start at regular "light cooking" websites, then search on gluten free

If you have been diagnosed, call your insurance company. They may offer a visit with a nutritionist that can help with your condition.1

I do recommend not replacing gluten. I.E. just do without bread, use lettuce leaves instead. Rice, potatoes, quinoa and corn are all naturally gluten free. It'll become second nature after awhile, and if it's for medical reasons it'll be so worth it.2
