Nut Thins crackers are made from almonds (gluten and wheat free). 17 crackers are 130 calories

Greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries. Hummus with sliced vegetables. Nuts and seeds (a little goes a long way.) Cottage cheese.

What are your calorie requirements, and where are you when you get hungry? If you are someplace away from your home, the answer is different from if you get hungry at your house with a full kitchen.

Yes I love ice cream lol.

Low salt almonds and clif energy bars are also my staples.

If you're craving ice cream (especially since it's summer) try freezing some berries. Could be blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc. Even a banana works. I usually put some cinnamon and nutmeg on it. Add some almonds or pistachios to it and it tastes really good.

Fast it is not, but roasted chickpeas from the can are pretty good go-to.

My go to snack is baby carrots and a hard boiled egg … about 100 calories. Good luck!

I love those!! I sometimes use them to dip in guac instead of chips!

I try to pair a fruit or veggie with a protein. Like apple slices and almonds, carrots and cheese, blueberries and greek yoghurt etc. Fat tagged along in all those examples, which is fine too.

A serving of frozen cherries. Pop them in your mouth one at a time as you would ice cream bon-bons.

    Edamame.
    Puffed wheat.
    Apple/orange/grapes/any fruit
Celery sticks, cucumber sticks, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes. Double bonus points if you dip them in Laughing Cow soft cheese wedges.
If you are stuck at a fast food stop, try Muscle Milk, beef jerky, or half a protein bar.
    Hard boiled egg.
