    Those asking, I'm 5'11 so yes my weight looks vastly different on me than someone that is much shorter, one of the perks of being tall. I was MISERABLE at 180, I felt awful, hated my body, everything. I feel the best I ever have now! Working on putting a little muscle on. I followed simply shredded at first and then just started doing my own thing in the gym.

    Yeah being taller does make weight gain not look so bad but trust me when I say I was miserable! lol I could hardly do anything without being out of breath
