My name is Kari and I just recently started a health-kick. I've had this app on my phone for awhile but I'm having trouble actually sticking to it. I CRAVE sweet foods. I have the worst time resisting them. I figured I might get some will-power from this site. Also I'm looking for some great exercises to really lose inches! Any suggestions on how to kick the sweets and lose the inches?

    Best exercises to do to lose inches as far as I know is Cardio. Lots of it. As for your sweet problem, I'd go with finding healthier alternatives that you can learn to love. Probably easier said than done, that's just something you may need to work on.

    I crave a lot of sweets too, and unfortunately I can't stop :(
    I try not to eat excessive amounts of it, but I do eat it when I want to.
    To balance that out though, I try to exercise and avoid sitting at home watching TV while eating !
    I also realized gum helps for me since I don't put anything in my mouth while I'm chewing it, but some friends say that that has an opposite affect on them.
