No carbs on the go

I'm trying to keep a new no carb diet (some carbs via veggies but you know what I mean) but carbs are life. I have a busy week with work kids and school. It's easier to pack something like sandwhich or a bag of weathins. I was wondering if anyone had some quick easy and cheap no carb snacks and meal ideas?

    Veggies with a yoghurt dip
Eggs in all ways, You can even use a thin omelette as a wrap and wrap more veggies and meat in there.
Wrap something (for example chicken and avocado) in large salad leaves. (Also salads in general of course)
A bag of nuts, dried fruit or if you can handle that (I can't) jerky.
A box of cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella and olives

No, I don't know what you mean. "No carb" means no carb. You could cook up a bunch of HB eggs, bake some meatballs, roll up meat slices with cheese.

Low carb snacks/meals - vegie sticks with dip. Salad. Nuts. Omelette/frittata. Meat and vegies.

If there's no reason for you to avoid carbs and you like them, why cut them out though?

First of all, establish a carb goal. Are you low car or keto? The more you say "no" or "zero" carbs, the harder it is mentally.

    Deli meat
    Beef Jerky
    Greek yogurt
Protein bars (some have lower carbs than others)
    Watery veg (peppers, cucumbers)
    Pickles
    Hard boiled eggs
    Tuna
    Pork rinds

Our go-to road trip food is baked ham (lunchmeat kind) with Swiss or provolone on top seasoned with a little Italian seasoning. You can let them cool flat or roll them up and put a toothpick through them. Also cheese "chips" just little piles of cheese baked until crunchy. If you can allow a couple carbs shredded mozzarella with some powdered ranch dressing mix is amazing.

For a meal, I just do a salad with some kind of protein on it or leftovers from dinner most often. (My dinners are usually based around meat/fish and vegetables.) Neither is no carb, of course, but quite low carb.

I don't snack much, and I think one of the benefits for many who low carb is that there's no need to (I didn't snack before low carbing either as I like to devote my calories to more substantive meals, but some find they no longer need to eat as often as they were). If you like to, though, smoked salmon, hard boiled eggs, raw veg come to mind. Nuts, depending on your carb goal.

Egg salad , tuna salad , string cheese , nuts , turkey jerkey , cucumber sandwiches ( replace bread with cucumbers and put turkey /cream cheese in between ) cottage cheese with avocado or low carb fruit like berries , Atkins on the go shakes , low carb tortillas with almond butter , or meat of your choice . Ham rolled around string cheese , rice cake with peanut butter , hard boiled egg , hummus with peppers , dark chocolate chips with almonds
